Appointment of Temporary Judge of the High Court Pursuant to section 11 of the Judicature Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint His Honour Colin Maurice Nicholson, District Court Judge a temporary Judge of the High Court, for a term of 12 months, commencing on the 1st day of August 1998.
