Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On the 16th day of December 1997 at the District Court at Hamilton, Karen Lee Coulshed of 27 Clematis Avenue, Hamilton, was convicted and sentenced to 1 months imprisonment following by 9 months supervision following her conviction on a charge of driving with excess breath alcohol. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge R. L. B. Spear, has ordered that a 1982 Ford Cortina motor vehicle, registration No. KX 2014 owned by the above-mentioned defendant, Karen Lee Coulshed, be forfeited to Her Majesty the Queen, pursuant to section 84 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
