Merfield Developments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 283 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary Traveller, chartered accountant of Wellington and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Merfield Developments Limited in place of the retiring liquidator, Mr Raymond Gordon Burgess.
