Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985 On 10 March 1997 at the District Court at Tauranga, Jason Dudley Vercoe of 2 Harrisfield Drive, Tauranga, was convicted and sentenced to 5 months periodic detention and disqualified from holding or obtaining a motor driver's licence for 12 months from 10 March 1997, following his conviction on a charge of driving whilst disqualified having previously been disqualified. And in addition to the above-mentioned penalty, Judge Thomas has ordered that a blue Ford Cortina Ghia motor vehicle, registered number IM 5163, owned by the above-named defendant Jason Dudley Vercoe, be forfeited to her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
