Resort Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, being the liquidator of above-named company hereby apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to subparagraph 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, for the removal from the New Zealand Registry the above company, whose registered office is Level One, Suite Five, 915 Davis Crescent (P.O. Box 109-486), Newmarket, Auckland. This application for the removal is made on the grounds that the company's liquidation is now complete.
