Gleneagles Developments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 of the Companies Act 1955 I, John Wesley Grocott, liquidator of Gleneagles Developments Limited, whose registered office is situated care of Hughey & Grocott, Chartered Accountants, Third Floor, 29/35 Latimer Square, Christchurch, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1955, and having filed with the Registrar the documents required, referred to in section 231 (1) (a) and (b), that the liquidation is now completed and it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 296 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar at Christchurch by the 9th day of May 1997, the Registrar may remove this company from the Register.
