Notice of Intention to Remove the Companies From the Register Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the following companies from the Register: Kiwi International Group (N.Z.) Limited (AK. 800826), whose registered office is situated at 4 Myers Street, Auckland City; Kiwi Travel Centre (N.Z.) Limited (AK. 813145), whose registered office is situated at Shop 16, Wellesley Street, Auckland; and Kiwi Adventure Company (N.Z.) Limited (AK. 813143), whose registered office is situated at 4 Myers Street, Auckland City on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993. Any objection to the removals, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, should be made to the Registrar of Companies in Auckland, no later than 1 May 1997 (being a date not less than 28 working days after this notice), the Registrar may remove the companies from the Register.
