Tarrant Developments Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Request Removal of Company From the Register I, Geoffrey John Harley, the liquidator of Tarrant Developments Limited (in liquidation), the registered office of which is at 308 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland, give notice that the documents referred to in section 231 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies and I intend to request the Registrar to remove the company from the Register, pursuant to section 293 (1) (e) of the Act.
