Hilton Holdings Limited (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators Pursuant to Section 229 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 (``the Act'') David Bryden Davidson and David John Bridgman, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of members on the 20th day of May 1997, pursuant to section 211 (2) (a) of the Act. The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of May 1997. The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 213 (8) of the Act.
