J.E. Frew Limited (in liquidation) Notice is hereby given that, whereas J.E. Frew Limited has not traded for some time and has no liabilities other than accrued dividends payable to the shareholders, the members of the above-named company on the 5th day of May 1997, passed the following special resolution: ``That the company be placed in liquidation and that Graeme Falloon, chartered accountant of Rangiora, be appointed as liquidator.''
