Notice of Withdrawal of Product Ruling 1. This is a notice of a withdrawal of a product ruling made under section 91fj of the Tax Administration Act 1994. 2. Product ruling 96/9 is hereby withdrawn. 3. Product ruling 96/9 originally applied to a superannuation scheme for the period 16 April 1996 to 31 March 1999, and notice of its making appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 May 1996. 4.
