Notice of Intention to Amend an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 19 December 1995 and a sub-delegation from the Secretary of Transport dated 21 December 1995, I, John Gibson Bradbury, General Manager International Relations, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that I intend to exercise the power conferred by section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947 to amend the terms of the international air service licence issued to EVA Air to permit the airline to operate up to four return services per week between Taiwan and New Zealand.
