Limited Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register Pursuant to Section 295 (2) of the Companies Act 1955 Take notice that, pursuant to section 293 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1955, I, Peter Keith Stevens, being a director of R.J. White & Co. Limited, whose registered office is situated at 59 Mahunga Drive, Mangere, Auckland, intend to apply to the District Register of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the company from the Register upon the grounds that the company has not carried on business, has no known creditors and has no surplus assets.
