Notice of Intention to Request Removal From the New Zealand Register In the matter of section 351 of the Companies Act 1993 (``the Act''), and in the matter of Bell Canada International (NZ) Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the Seventeenth Floor, BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington (``the company''): Pursuant to section 353 of the Act, notice is hereby given: 1.
