Land Acquired for a State School in Western Bay of Plenty District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1477 square metres, situated in Block VII, Otanewainuku Survey District, being part Allotment 390, Te Papa Parish; as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
