Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 February 2024, which was granted under those regulations to Te Wharemarie Tamariki Incorporated, in respect of Te Wharemarie Tamariki (60171) situated at 15 Harris Street, Wellington CBD, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
