Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Thomas Lee Rodewald, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AERIUS LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 10 April 2024 at 9.25am.
