1. On 19 May 2011, an application for putting STAY@DRIFTERSINN LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2011-409-911. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Christchurch on 23 August 2011 at 10.00am.
