Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

I, Rebecca Jacob, General Counsel of Southern Cross Cables Network, hereby give notice that the New Zealand branch and business of the overseas registered company, SCCL NEW ZEALAND LIMITED (NZBN: 9429037767365), intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand, and be removed from the Overseas Register managed by the New Zealand Companies Office, during 2023.
