In accordance with section 227(6)(a) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I give notice that I have approved the following safe work instrument for the purposes of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017:

This safe work instrument is secondary legislation for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2019 and is administered by WorkSafe New Zealand.
