Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Nedra Lynn Eldridge, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a unit in a timeshare apartment building known as Club Paihia situated at 67 Williams Road, Paihia 0200, and ordinarily known as Lot 93 (9A) Week 29 – Two Bedroom. More particularly described as Unit 9A and Accessory Unit 72 and 1/4 share in Accessory Unit 9 and 1/6 share in Accessory Unit 119 Deposited Plan 103950 for a term of 999 years as from and including 23 February 1997 in timeshare week number 29 and being Identifier number NA77C/579 Computer Unit Title Register (North Auckland Land Registry).
