Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Rodgers Reidy, hereby give notice that on 20 April 2022 at 8.00am they were appointed by the Bank of New Zealand jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Newall Brothers Limited under the powers contained in the following instrument:

1. A general security agreement dated 15 May 2007 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Further information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
