Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Seascape (2010) Limited (trading as FundTap) on 14 January 2022 under the powers contained in a Funding Agreement dated 16 July 2020 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
