Notice of Appointment of Voluntary Administrators and
Public Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 239ADW(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is hereby given that, on 17 October 2022, the directors of the company appointed David Ian Ruscoe and Malcom Russell Moore as voluntary administrators of the company pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Pursuant to section 239AO(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, notice is also given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at Grant Thornton, Level 4, 152 Fanshawe Street, Auckland on Thursday 27 October 2022 at 10.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

1. Whether to appoint a creditors’ committee, and if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Whether to replace the administrators.
