I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

ELEMENTS THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE LIMITED (6284608) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. Remove the Particulars of Shareholdings registered on 20 August 2021 and 13 September 2021.
2. Remove all the Particulars of Directors and the Director’s Consent registered on 13 September 2021.
3. Remove the Particulars of Addresses registered on 13 September 2021.
4. The effect being that the information on the Register will reflect the information shown in the Annual Return registered on 26 April 2021 and Xuan Zhang remains the sole director and shareholder.
