Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993 that BHF SOLUTIONS (NZ) PTY LTD being a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove BHF SOLUTIONS (NZ) PTY LTD from the Overseas Company Register on or after the date three months from the date of this notice.

Any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar not later than three months from the date of this notice.
