Pursuant to section 448(2) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, Maritime New Zealand gives notice of the making of the following maritime rules and marine protection rules:

Marine Protection Rules (International Omnibus) Various Amendments 2020

These rules were signed on 30 January 2021 and will come into force on 31 March 2021.

These rules are available for inspection free of charge, or for purchase, from Maritime New Zealand, Level 11, 1 Grey Street, Wellington, or on the Maritime New Zealand website at: www.maritimenz.govt.nz/rules.
