Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993 that as from 28 January 2021, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, advise that the receivership of Virginia Clair Maxwell and VCM TRUSTEE LIMITED in their capacity as trustees of the V C Maxwell Family Trust has ended and that they have now ceased to act.
