Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Company Numbers: 976304 and 6861354

Notice is hereby given that on 27 May 2021, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of the companies by Westpac New Zealand Limited, under the terms of two general security agreements dated 26 September 2014 and 26 October 2018 respectively. The property in receivership is of both companies present and after-acquired property.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
