Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Iain McLennan and Keaton Pronk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EX-JGL LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 19 February 2021 at 10.11am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 8 May 2021.
