Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Leon Bowker and Luke Norman, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies, by special resolution of the shareholders on 4 June 2021 at the following times:

THIRTY ENFIELD LIMITED at 12.15pm.

MCDOUGALL REIDY & CO LIMITED at 1.15pm.

The directors have declared that the companies are solvent.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 14 July 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
