Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named company on 4 October 2021 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors

Notice is also hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held on 13 October 2021 at 10.00am via audio-visual link pursuant to section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993. Please email creditor@khovjones.co.nz to register by 10.00am on 11 October 2021.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. Deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. Deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
