Notice of Termination by Creditors of Deed of Company Arrangement

Notice is hereby given that LIGHTHOUSE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT NO 1 LIMITED (Company Number: 6788233), a company incorporated under the laws of New Zealand and registered under Part II of the Companies Act 1993, gives notice under section 239AEA of that Act that the deed of company arrangement of the company was terminated by the creditors of the company by resolution on 23 April 2021.

The administrators will be notifying the Registrar of Companies of the company’s release from deed administration.
