Notice is given pursuant to section 243 and section 314 of the Companies Act 1993 to convene a meeting of creditors.

1. The meeting will take place by postal ballot.
2. Voting forms must be returned by 5.00pm on 13 March 2020.

Take notice that the business to be transacted at the meeting of creditors is to confirm the appointment of the liquidator or otherwise replacement thereof in accordance with section 243 of the Companies Act 1993 and to agree the establishment of a liquidation committee and the composition of its membership.
