Pursuant to section 8B(5) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 (“Act”), substances generally recognised as safe and exempt from registration under Part 2 of the Act have been added to the Generally Recognised as Safe List (“List”).

A copy of the List may be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 34–38 Bowen Street, Pipitea (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
