Description of Mortgaged Land: Apartment 1002, 8 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui, legally described as Unit 66 and Accessory Unit 15B, 50 Deposited Plan 417948, contained in Record of Title 469070 and Apartment 1003, 8 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui, legally described as Unit 67 and Accessory Unit 14B, 51 Deposited Plan 417948, contained in Record of Title 469071.
