Mortgagor: Malcolm Andrew Herbert and Stephen Peter Lunn as trustees of Thorn Place Trust

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 11245318.2 (Hawkes Bay Land District) (“Mortgage”), First Mortgage Custodians Limited as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to an order of the High Court at Napier in proceeding CIV-2020-441-31 dated 3 November 2020, on 26 November 2020 the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below.

Description of Mortgaged Land: 62–68 Raffles Street, Napier, legally described as Lot 1 Deposited Plan 527109, contained in Record of Title 851634.
