Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. Refael Tohar and Lynda Kay Tohar, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a timeshare apartment building known as Fairway Lodge, more particularly described as Timeshare Week No. 34 situated at 54 Golf Road, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, being Unit 10, DP 32405. Subject to Leasehold Estate in Lease 444026.34 for a term of 999 years as from and including 1 November 1982 in timeshare week number 34 and being Identifier number SA29B/238 Computer Unit Title Register (South Auckland Land Registry).
