Notice of Election to Manage Property

Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:

1. William Gordon and Selina Dawn Emerson, of address unknown, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto; and
2. Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.

Schedule of Property

A stratum estate in freehold as to an undivided 1/51 share within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 2010 in a timeshare apartment building known as Fairway Lodge, more particularly described as Timeshare Week No. 16 situated at 54 Golf Road, Mt Maunganui, Tauranga , being Unit 3, DP 32405. Subject to Leasehold Estate in Lease 432994.16 for a term of 999 years as from and including 30 September 1982 in timeshare week number 16 and being Identifier number SA28D/118 Computer Unit Title Register (South Auckland Land Registry).
