Notice is hereby given that on 22 May 2020, Colin Gower and Diana Matchett, accredited insolvency practitioners of BDO Christchurch, and Andrew Bethell, accredited insolvency practitioner of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the companies under the terms of a general security deed dated 22 December 2016. The property in receivership is all of the companies’ all present and after-acquired personal property.
