Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, CA ANZ accredited insolvency practitioner, was on 18 May 2020, appointed as receiver and manager of the property of BRYAN WILLIAMS EARTHMOVING (2002) LIMITED (in liquidation) and Bryan Vaughan Williams under the powers contained in instruments dated 20 March 2002, 2 June 2017, 28 October 2016, 17 October 2017, and 9 May 2018.

The receiver and manager have been appointed in respect of all present and after-acquired personal property.
