Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
and Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAC & SONS TRANSPORT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 30 June 2020 at 10.20am.

We fix 14 August 2020 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
