Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 June 2015.

The first meeting of creditors of the company will be held at the business premises of Miami Grill at 60 Federal Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, on 1 July 2015 commencing at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. decide whether to replace the administrator;
2. decide whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members;
3. receive and consider the director’s statement of the company; and
4. submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
