Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Heath Gair, insolvency practitioner of Palliser Insolvency Limited, was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named company on 17 February 2020 at 2.00pm under the terms of a security deed dated 18 April 2018. The property in receivership is all present and after acquired property.
