Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 on the dates and times below:

• AFFORDABLE ARCHITECTURE (CHW) LIMITED (in liquidation) on 18 February 2020 at 8.00pm.
• AFFORDABLE HERITAGE HOUSING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 18 February 2020 at 8.00pm.
• INLP HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 18 February 2020 at 8.00pm.
• MWB (37) HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 February 2020 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 18 March 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
