Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts

On 17 February 2020 at 2.27pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that SM TRADE ENTERPRISES LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price is appointed for that purpose.

Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 3 April 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Explanation: The liquidation of the company reflects the desire of the shareholders to finalise the affairs of the company in an orderly manner as it has completed the purpose for which it was established and has ceased to trade.
