Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Final resolution of a number of issues has allowed the liquidation to be brought to a close. A final dividend will be paid. The liquidator has therefore fixed 6 December 2019 as the last day for creditors that have not previously made a claim in the liquidation to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution. Creditors that have already lodged proofs of debt with the liquidators are not required to lodge fresh proofs of debt. Company creditors that have previously lodged claims are not required to provide updated details as updated entity name and address details have been obtained from the Companies Register.
