Easement: Right to drain water over part Lot 2 DP 11571 marked F–G on DP 69007 comprised in Record of Title CB461/195 and benefited to Lot 1 DP 69007 comprised in Record of Title 621527 specified in Easement Certificate A258674.5 registered on 16.9.1996.

Circumstances: Separation of the benefited land from the burdened land caused by the expiration of the right to drain water over the leasehold estate created by Lease A197793.1 of Lot 1 DP 27200 comprised in Record of Title CB32A/402 which was limited as to duration to the term of the lease which expired on 3 September 2010.
