Easement: Right of Way coloured yellow on DP 21962 over Lot 3 DP 21962 comprised in Record of Title WN58B/125 appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 21962 comprised in Record of Title WN934/22 created by Transfer 483408 registered on 23 December 1960.

Circumstances: The benefited land has become physically separated from the burdened land as a result of partial surrender of easement 11377823.1 registered on 25 March 2019.
