Notice Pursuant to Section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952

An application under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 has been received for the removal of an easement. The applicant claims the easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

If no objections have been received before 22 February 2018, the register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Applicants: Bright Vistas Limited, Michael Hugh Cleary, Sally Anne Cleary and Joel Reuben Haugh, c/- Cooper Rapley, PO Box 1945, Palmerston North 4440.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 2 DP 459335 contained in Computer Freehold Registers 599890 (servient tenement) appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 458447, Lot 2 DP 453853 and Lot 2 DP 307484 contained in Computer Freehold Registers 596782, 581815 and 28982 (dominant tenements) created by Transfer S301691 registered on 7 December 1964.

Circumstances: The dominant tenements have become physically separated from the servient tenements as a result of subdivision shown on DPS 17788.
